Strata Services Queensland provide all administrative services for the ongoing management of your complex and handling of correspondence. All financial aspects such as managing accounts, payments to contractors, preparing financial statements, draft budget preparation and balancing are completed. Levies/Contribution notices are issued, processed and unpaid monies pursued as required.
Taxation preparation including BAS reporting are completed as required. A certified practising accountant also undertakes auditing of records or provides specific advice when required.
